When you order through the website, we’ll send you an email to confirm that your order has been placed. Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of being received, and posted shortly afterwards.
What are the shipping and handling costs and where do you deliver to?
The Medway Hospital Charity charge just £3.00 for a small parcel, £5.00 for a medium parcel. We post to anywhere in the United Kingdom. We do not offer next day delivery.
All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will be processed upon receipt and should be delivered within 7-10 working days if items are in stock.
When do I need to order by to get my goods in time for Christmas?
To receive your items in time for Christmas, orders need to be placed before noon on Thursday 16th December 2021.

Returns
You have a legal right to return any item that does not match the description on our website, is not fit for its intended purpose, or is not of satisfactory quality. You are entitled to a refund if you tell us this within 30 days of receipt of the item, or you may request a replacement item instead. In either case, if the item was purchased, you will need to return the item in question to us at your own cost.
