In 2023/24, The Medway Hospital Charity helped fund vital hospital improvements, including a Versapoint machine for safer gynaecological surgery, spinal surgery equipment from a £1 million legacy, and 10 ambulatory ECG monitors to reduce cardiology waiting times. The charity also contributed to refurbishing the Dolphin Ward playroom and upgraded cancer outpatient waiting areas with new sofas and tables.

Additional support came through an NHS Charities Together grant, which helped create a Charity and Volunteers’ Hub.
