Justin Longman, Nicola Spearpoint, Ros Pearce, Liz Maclaren, Michelle Pemble, Nina Lee and Holly Gilder took on the daredevil wing walk challenge over Headcorn, Kent on Saturday 11 June to raise funds for The Medway Hospital Charity. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, with clear blue skies and beautiful views over the Kent countryside. The team were amazing and conquered the wing walk challenge like pros!
Ros, a ward hostess on Pearl Ward, was inspired to take on the challenge to mark her 70th Birthday in August. Nina, our Digital and Branding Manager, also celebrates a milestone Birthday later this year and took on the challenge to mark the special occasion. To date, the group has raised over £7,000 which is incredible!
We couldn’t have done it without the support of The Wing Walk Company who were extremely helpful and welcoming.
